The zebra stripes are one of them. Since its implementation we helped thousands of operators use inflatable dunnage air bags more accurately and efficiently.
The zebra stripes are available on all our paper dunnage bags. It helps to determine whether or not the correct size air bag is used.
If the zebra stripes are touching the loads, the proper size air bag is being used. If the dunnage air bag begins to “round” out and you can read the following, “the void is too large”, the bag needs to be either deflated, changed for the correct size or additional dunnage such as void fillers or corrugated panels should be added to reduce the void.
