	During transit by truck it is common for loads to experience front to back, side to side and vertical movement. A truck properly loaded with ITW Shippers dunnage air bags will experience a greatly reduced amount of load movement because of the creation of a bulkhead or retaining wall by our air bags that literally locks the load in place. Using an ITW Shippers air bag will reduce product damage, maximize freight protection and ultimately optimize customers satisfaction. In most cases, an entire load can be effectively braced with one or two dunnage air bags placed properly at the rear of the load. The combined frictional forces between the product and the sidewalls-together with the usual frictional force between the load and trailer floor-restrains the remainder of the load from moving toward the door. Using dunnage air bags restricts side shifting because air bags fill the lateral void and hold product securely against sidewalls.
