The Superflow system not only allows for maximum load securement but it's reusable design enables you to maximize your load securement dollars by reusing the same air bag multiple times where allowable.

Key Features of the Superflow™ Dunnage Air bag system:
- Quick inflation- a 48” x 48” air bag can be inflated in only 8 seconds
- Unique Inflator Tool- The inflator utilizes both compressed and ambient air (Venturi Effect), enabling it to achieve unparalleled inflation speeds. In addition, the large diameter of our patented valve significantly reduces inflation and deflation time.
- Consistent Results- By setting the desired pressure on the air line regulator, you can achieve consistent inflation. No more over-inflated or under-inflated air bag.
- Cost Savings- The SuperFlow™ air bag can be used multiple times. By pushing our unique, patented blue valve flapper, operators can quickly deflate the air bag and store it for reuse. Reusing the Air bags can significantly reducing the cost per use.
- Easy And Safe To Use- Airbag inflation is easy with our SuperFlow™ inflation system. Simply squeeze the inflator trigger to begin inflation. When air blows out of the back of the inflator, desired pressure has been achieved. The air bag is properly installed when Zebra stripes touch lading. If stripes show, and you can read the warning “if you can read this, the void is too large”, deflate air bag and reduce the void. It is really that simple. Quick deflation reduces labor costs at the receiving end.
