We recently added a new air bag to our line, the Zebra SL, for very lightweight loads (Less than 500 Lbs per pallet space in trailer) shipped only by truck. For tall load and/or highly abrasive requirement you will enjoy the rigidity of the AR bag. For medium weight loads (over 500 lbs and less than 1000 lbs per pallet space in trailer) shipped by truck or intermodal we designed the two models Zebra SE and Zebra DEF.
All the lightweight dunnage air bags are manufactured with the zebra stripes allowing the operator to determine if the correct size air bag is being used and if the bag is properly inflated.
ITW Shippers lightweight dunnage air bags are equipped either with a one way valve or our newly SuperFlow reusable valve.
